Refunds and Returns

 REFUNDS
Our returns policy is valid for 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Items must be unworn or unused in their original condition (as you receive them) and with original packaging.  This excludes earrings which are non refundable.

If returning an item, please include your Order Number and Name, so we can identify you and see original proof of purchase.

Once the item has been returned we will inspect the item and reason for return.  We will then contact you via phone or email to let  you know the status of the refund.

Please note we do not issue refunds for 'change of mind' or 'dislike of gift'  given to the recipient.

Please do not return the item to our suppliers as they will not respond. All returns are handled by Pretty Dreamy Things.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damage, fault or breakages. 

If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and notify us as soon as possible.

Sale Items are not refundable.  Sale items are heavily discounted and as such, unless the item is faulty, are not able to be refunded.

Items are only exhanged if they are faulty, damaged or broken on arrival.  Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.   We do not offer exhanges for change of mind or dislike of gift.  All exchange claims must be lodged within 14 days of receipt.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons and as per Australian Consumer Law, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.   If a pair of earrings arrives damaged, we can either refund you or replace the item.  If the item is not in stock, we may offer a similar design of the same of greater value.  All exhanges must be within the 14 day period stated above and there must be no evidence of the earrings being worn and returned.

Shipping Costs are not refundable.  Should an item arrive to you damaged or faulty, we will replace the item for you, however, we do not refund the original shipping costs.  Our products are well packed, however, we have no control over Australia Post Carriers or Private Couriers and their handling of parcels.  If an item does arrive damaged, please send us a picture of the item via SMS on 0466 078 404 or email us at prettydreamythings.com.au

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible.  We always commit to processing your return as quickly and efficiently as we can. Most refunds occur within 48 hours of approving the refund.  There may be some variances to this time depending on your own bank and their respective processing times.
